Removing Social Profiles From Statusbrew
If you no longer manage a social profile in Statusbrew, you can remove it to free up space for new accounts in your plan. Removing a social profile deletes it from Statusbrew. All past and currently scheduled content, conversations, and analytics data associated with the profile will be deleted.
Primary Owner, Owners, and Admins can remove a social profile from Statusbrew. Read more about access permissions.
When you remove a social profile from an organization, you delete it from Statusbrew, but it continues to exist in the social network.
This action cannot be reverted. So, make sure you are certain about removing your account before proceeding.
You can save analytics data before you remove a social profile (see Export Widget Data As CSV File). To save your content data, open the content calendar you wish to export and click (Export options) > Export CSV.
Note: Removing a profile from Statusbrew (like a Facebook Page or LinkedIn Page) that is associated with an ad account also removes the associated ad accounts.
