Statusbrew connections to your social profiles rely on access tokens, which can expire over time. When this happens, you’ll need to reconnect your account. Refer to our support article to learn how to reauthenticate your profile.

FAQs

Why can I see only one YouTube channel while connecting to Statusbrew, even though my Google account has access to multiple channels?

This usually happens when your Google account does not have the required ownership permission on the other YouTube channel.

If a channel is showing only one option during connection, check whether your account is added as an Owner of the other YouTube channel. Having only Manager access may not be enough for the channel to appear during the connection process in Statusbrew.

To connect that channel, make sure your Google account has the correct ownership rights on it.
