Connect Trustpilot Account

Connecting your Trustpilot account to Statusbrew allows you to display and manage customer reviews directly in one place.

Prerequisites

  • Active Trustpilot Business Account

  • API Key (Client ID & Secret) from Trustpilot

  • Admin access to your Statusbrew account

Connect Account

  • Log in to your Trustpilot Business account at business.trustpilot.com.

  • Navigate to Integrations → Developers → APIs in your Trustpilot account.

  • Click Create new application, then enter your site domain and generate the API Key (Client ID).

  • Log in to your Statusbrew account, then go to Settings → [[ic:crm crm]] Profiles → [[ic:trustpilot trustpilot]] Trustpilot.

  • In the integration form, paste your Trustpilot domain name and the API Key you generated.

  • Click Add Profile button.
