Possible Causes for Page Visibility Issue đ§
If youâre not seeing the page you want to connect in the Facebook connection dialog box or in Statusbrew, getting error messages, or failing to connect your Facebook Page to Statusbrew, here are some possible reasons and ways to fix them.
You have not given all the permissions for the pages to Statusbrew
You do not have âFull control accessâ for the Facebook Pages
You Have Not Given All The Permissions For All The Pages To Statusbrew
Enabling permissions for Statusbrew is essential to allow the platform to fetch the data and perform tasks for social media management. By granting permissions to Statusbrew, you allow the platform to access your Facebook Page data, manage posts, comments, and messages, and gather insights to help you optimize your social media management.
Without the required permissions, Statusbrew may not be able to fully integrate with your Facebook Page, which can cause connection or operational issues.
- Statusbrew will never publish anything to any of your social pages aside from the content you publish using Statusbrew yourself. - Please do not uncheck any box and enable ALL the permissions â - It is absolutely safe to enable all the permissions for Statusbrew, all your data is secure.
How To Enable All The Permissions For Statusbrew?
Curious about how to manage your Facebook Business Integrations?
Follow these steps to review and enable all the necessary permissions for Statusbrew, ensuring a seamless connection between your Facebook page and our platform -
Log in to your Facebook Business account and go to the Business Integrations section (Log in > Click on your profile in the top right corner > Settings & Privacy > Settings > Business Integrations in the left nav) [Note: You won't be able to see the Business Integration Settings if you're logged in as a Page. Switch to the profile and then go to Business Integrations]
Now go to Statusbrew and click on View and edit
In the dialog box that opens, ensure you have enabled all the permissions
Make sure you enable permissions for all the pages that you want to connect to Statusbrew)
Click on Save to update the Settings

If any permission is missing or not enabled, you may experience issues or errors while using Statusbrew. - We understand that privacy and security are of utmost importance to our users. Please be assured that all your data is safe with us and we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of privacy and security. We will not access any of your data or take any action on your behalf without your explicit consent. - In case you do not see the list of pages, it means that you have already enabled all the permissions for all the pages. In this scenario, there is no issue with that permission.
You Do Not Have âFull control accessâ For Facebook Page
You must have full control access for the Facebook Page that youâre trying to connect. Full control access is essential for integrating your Facebook Business Account with third-party tools like Statusbrew. It requires certain crucial permissions to collect and utilize social media data for effective management.
If you don't have the necessary access, don't worry! You can simply reach out to someone who has Full Control access and request their assistance in connecting your page to Statusbrew.
How to check the access level?
You can easily check your access level by following these simple steps -
Navigate to the People section in Facebook Business Settings
Now you can see all the added users and their Business Account Access
Review your access permissions over here
In case of partial access, you wonât be able to see the details for others but you can open your details
Click on your name and view your details. Check if you have full control access for the relevant pages that youâre trying to connect.
If you notice that you don't have the required access, donât worry. Reach out to the Page Owner or someone with full control access and ask for their help in connecting your page to Statusbrew.
If youâre not able to see the below-shown page for your Organization, then you must not have been added over here. In this case, you can ask someone with Full Control to add you.
How To Add New Users?
If a user is not listed in the People Section in Facebook Business Settings, a user with Full Control access can add a user by following these simple steps
Navigate to the People section in Facebook Business Settings
Click on the Add People Button beside the search bar
Enter the email address of the user and click Next
Now, by default, partial access is given, but it can be upgraded to full control
Scroll down to the Full Control section, click on the drop-down and change None to Manage
In the Assign Business Assets window, select the pages you want the user to have access to
For each page, you can determine partial or full control access
Once youâve reviewed the invitation, click on Send Request
How To Update The Access Of Existing Users?
In case of an existing user with insufficient permissions, a user with full control can upgrade their access by following these steps -
Navigate to the People section in Facebook Business Settings
Now you can see all the added users and their Business Account Access
Click on the name of the user (for whom you want to upgrade the access), and a detailed window showing the current level of access will open
Now you have two options to upgrade the access - (i) you can either provide full control access for the Business account (automatically gives access for all the connected
Facebook pages and Instagram accounts) or (ii) for specific Facebook Page
Click on the Manage button and upgrade the access permissions to Full Control
Click on the Save button to save the changes
