How to check the access level?

You can easily check your access level by following these simple steps -

  • Navigate to the People section in Facebook Business Settings

  • Now you can see all the added users and their Business Account Access

  • Review your access permissions over here

  • In case of partial access, you won’t be able to see the details for others, but you can open your details

  • Click on your name and view your details. Check if you have full access for the relevant pages that you’re trying to connect

If you notice that you have only been granted partial access, don’t worry. Reach out to the Page Owner or someone with full access and ask for their help in connecting your page to Statusbrew.

If you’re not able to see the below-shown page for your Organization, then you must not have been added over here. In this case, you can ask someone with Full Control to add you.

  • Enter the email address of the user and click Next

  • Now, by default, partial access is given, but it can be upgraded to full control

  • Scroll down to the Full Control section, click on the drop-down and change None to Manage

  • In the Assign Business Assets window, select the pages you want the user to have access to

  • For each page, you can determine partial or full access

  • Once you’ve reviewed the invitation, click on Send Request

How to Update the access of existing users?

In case of an existing user with insufficient permissions, a user with full control can upgrade their access by following these steps -

  • Navigate to the People section in Facebook Business Settings

  • Now you can see all the added users and their Business Account Access

  • Click on the name of the user (for whom you want to upgrade the access), and a detailed window showing the current level of access will open

  • Now you have two options to upgrade the access - (i) you can either provide full control access for the Business account (automatically gives access for all the connectedFacebook pages and Instagram accounts) or (ii) for specific Facebook Page
