FAQs

Why is my Facebook Page not showing up as an option when I try to connect it to Statusbrew?

If the Facebook Page is not appearing during connection, first check whether that Page is already connected to Statusbrew in another space.

If it is not connected anywhere else, then check Facebook’s business integration settings here:

https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=business_tools

Before opening that page, make sure you are logged in to your Facebook profile, not as a Page.

Click View and Edit, next to Statusbrew, and make sure all Facebook Pages are allowed under Manage your business. Save the changes, then try connecting to the Page in Statusbrew again.

Once the required page permissions are enabled, the Page should appear in the list of available profiles. Once the relevant Pages are connected, you can go back to the Facebook business integration settings for Statusbrew, uncheck any non-relevant Pages, and save the changes. This helps keep the connection limited only to the Pages you want to manage.

Note: If you are trying to connect a profile and the pop-up isn't appearing at all, try this in private or incognito mode. The pop-up should come.
