Connect App Store
🔒 App Store Integration is only available in Statusbrew's Enterprise Plan.
Brands can now monitor and respond to their App Store reviews in real-time — all within the same Engage Inbox they already use to manage reviews and conversations from other channels like the Google Play Store, Facebook, Google Business, Instagram, and more.
For each App Store Review in Engage, teams will get Star Ratings & Territory for better context.

FAQs
Can I See The Helpful/Not Helpful Count On Reviews?
No, not at this time. The App Store API currently does not provide the Helpful or Not Helpful vote counts for third-party tools like Statusbrew, so this information is not displayed in your Engage Inbox.
Can I See Metadata Like Device, App Version, Etc?
You can view country information for each review, but additional metadata, such as device and app version, is not available at this time.
Can I Edit Replies To Reviews From Statusbrew?
The App Store does not currently allow tools like Statusbrew to delete or edit replies once they have been posted from our platform. If you need to make changes, you must manage them directly in the App Store. We recommend reviewing replies carefully before publishing to ensure the response is accurate and complete.
Why Can't I See My Reply?
When you submit a reply through Statusbrew, it may remain in a pending state for up to 24 hours before appearing publicly on the Play Store. This delay is due to Google's moderation and publishing process. While the reply is pending, you can see its status in the App Store Connect or Google Play Console review management section.
Is There A Backfill Of Reviews Upon Connection?
Yes. When you connect an app to Statusbrew, the system will backfill reviews for that app for up to one year prior to the connection date, pulling in up to 500 of the most recent reviews. This helps you monitor recent feedback and respond to older reviews that still need attention.
Can I Organize Apps By Brands, Products, Or Teams?
Yes. You can organize App Store reviews using Statusbrew's workspace features:
Views: Create custom views to filter and organize reviews by specific criteria. Views work the same way across all review platforms in Statusbrew.
Team Inboxes: Route reviews to specific team inboxes using the Rule Engine. This lets you automatically distribute reviews to the right teams based on keywords, ratings, or other criteria.
Assignments: Assign individual reviews to specific team members for follow-up and tracking.
Can I Connect Multiple Apps And Developer Accounts?
Yes, you can connect multiple App Store apps from different developer accounts to a single Statusbrew organization with no limit.
How Does Statusbrew Handle Large Volumes Of Reviews Across Different Products?
Statusbrew scales to handle any volume of App Store reviews across multiple apps, with no performance degradation regardless of review count.
How Often Does Statusbrew Sync App Store Reviews?
App Store reviews sync every hour. New reviews appear in your Engage Inbox within this time window.
