Can't See Your WhatsApp Account?
If you’re not seeing the account you want to connect, here are some possible causes and ways to fix them 🧐 🛠
i) You have not connected the number in your Meta Business Account ii) You have not given all the permissions to Statusbrew iii) You do not have ‘Full control access’

You Have Not Connected The Number In Your Meta Business Account
Your number must be connected in the Meta Business Account. You need to add your number to your WhatsApp Business Account in order to connect it to a third-party app like Statusbrew. Once you add this number to your WhatsApp Business Account, you won't be able to use it anymore on the WhatsApp mobile app.
This is because -
When you click on the Connect WhatsApp button, you're redirected to Facebook.
There you can choose the Facebook account you want to continue as (Choose the account that you've connected with your WhatsApp)
If you select the wrong account, you'll either see an error during the connection process or after the connection
Steps To Add Your Number To The Business Account

Connecting An Existing Number
In case you're trying to connect an existing number that is already registered with WhatsApp Messenger or the WhatsApp Business App, you must first delete the WhatsApp Messenger or WhatsApp Business App account. Once you have deleted your account, then you can add this phone number to the business account.
You Have Not Given All The Permissions To Statusbrew
Enabling permissions for Statusbrew is essential to allow the platform to fetch the data and perform tasks for social media management. By granting permissions to Statusbrew, you allow the platform to access your data, queries, and messages, and enable you to manage your WhatsApp along with other social accounts from a single platform.

Follow these steps to review and enable all the necessary permissions for Statusbrew, ensuring a seamless connection between your WhatsApp Business Account and our platform -
Log in to your Facebook Business account and go to the Business Integrations section (Log in > Click on your profile in the top right corner > Settings & Privacy > Settings > Business Integrations in the left nav) [Note: You won't be able to see the Business Integration Settings if you're logged in as a Page. Switch to the profile and then go to Business Integrations]
Now go to Statusbrew and click on View and edit
In the dialog box that opens, ensure you have enabled all the permissions
Make sure you enable permissions for all the pages that you want to connect to Statusbrew)
Especially check for these crucial permissions
Click on Save to update the Settings
Enable all permissions for Statusbrew to function properly. Missing or disabled permissions may cause issues or errors. Your privacy and security are our top priorities. You Do Not Have ‘Full control access’
You must have full control access for the WhatsApp Business Account that you’re trying to connect. Full control access is essential for integrating with third-party tools like Statusbrew. It requires certain crucial permissions to collect and utilize social media data for effective management.
If you don't have the necessary access, don't worry! You can simply reach out to someone who has Full Control access and request their assistance in connecting your account to Statusbrew.
How To Check The Access Level?
You can easily check your access level by following these simple steps -
Navigate to the People section in Facebook Business Settings
Now you can see all the added users and their Business Account Access
Click on your name and view your details. Check if you have full control access for the WhatsApp account that you're trying to connect
If you notice that you don't have the required access, don’t worry. Reach out to the Owner or someone with full control access and ask for their help in connecting your account to Statusbrew.
If you’re not able to see the below-shown page for your Organization, then you must not have been added over here. In this case, you can ask someone with Full Control to add you.
How To Add New Users?
If a user is not listed in the People Section in Facebook Business Settings, a user with Full Control access can add a user by following these simple steps -
Navigate to the People section in Facebook Business Settings
Click on the Add People Button beside the search bar
Enter the email address of the user and click Next
Now, by default, partial access is given, but it can be upgraded to full control
Scroll down to the Full Control section, click on the drop-down and change None to Manage
In the Assign Business Assets window, select the pages you want the user to have access to
For each page, you can determine partial or full control access Once you’ve reviewed the invitation, click on Send Request
How To Update The Access Of Existing Users?
In case of an existing user with insufficient permissions, a user with full control can upgrade their access by following these steps -
Navigate to the People section in Facebook Business Settings
Now you can see all the added users and their Business Account Access
Click on the name of the user (for whom you want to upgrade the access), and a detailed window showing the current level of access will open
Now you have two options to upgrade the access - (i) you can either provide full control access for the Business account (automatically gives access for all the connected
Facebook pages, Instagram accounts and WhatsApp acounts) or (ii) specifically for WhatsApp account
Click on the Manage button and upgrade the access permissions to Full Control
In case you do not see the WhatsApp Account, assign the asset to the person by clicking the and enable full control while assigning the asset
Click on the Save button to save the changes
