Reposting
Sharing user-generated content (UGC) is one of the best ways to create a stronger sense of community, build brand trust, and drive more sales. Statusbrew’s Repost feature lets you share UGC content and schedule it to your own social profiles.
We suggest that you take clear permission before reposting and even credit the original creator in the caption.
You can share content from your Engage or brand keywords to your social networks.
To retweet or share quoted tweets on X (Twitter), refer to our article on Publishing Retweets & Quoted Tweets.
Reposting Content in Statusbrew
There are two types of posts that you can repost directly from Statusbrew: Owned Media and Earned Media.
Owned Media
Owned media refers to the content that your team has created and published from your connected social profiles in Statusbrew. These are your brand’s original posts that you fully control. Reposting owned media is useful when you want to reshare high-performing posts, amplify campaigns, or reintroduce evergreen content to your audience.
Earned Media
Earned media refers to the content created by others that mentions or tags your brand — such as user-generated posts, customer shout-outs, or influencer mentions. Since these are authentic endorsements from your community, reposting earned media helps showcase social proof, build trust, and highlight positive engagement around your brand.
Note: The type of earned or owned media you can repost from Statusbrew varies depending on the social network.
