Schedule A LinkedIn Poll
Create and publish polls to both LinkedIn Pages and Personal Profiles.
With LinkedIn Polls, you can gauge opinions, gather feedback, and nurture engagement within your professional network.
Note: If a media or link is added to a LinkedIn post, a poll cannot be created.
Prerequisites
To schedule a LinkedIn Poll, you must first connect your LinkedIn Page or Personal Profile to Statusbrew. Only connected profiles will appear in the Compose window for poll creation and scheduling.
How To Schedule A LinkedIn Poll?
Go to Compose.
Select one or more LinkedIn Profile(s) or Page(s).
Add a caption (up to 5000 characters).
Open LinkedIn by clicking and click Add a poll.
Add a Question (up to 140 characters)
Add Choice 1 and Choice 2 (up to 30 characters)
Choose the desired Date and time option and press the Post Now or Schedule button. Learn how to select the right posting time.
You can also do the following:
Add 2 more choices by clicking Add another choice.
Change the Poll duration. By default, 1 week is selected.
Turn off comments for this post.
To remove the poll from a post, click Remove.
Limitations Of LinkedIn Polls
While LinkedIn Polls are a great way to boost engagement, there are a few limitations to keep in mind:
Up to 4 answer options: You can’t add more than four choices to any poll.
Limited duration options: Polls can only run for 1 day, 3 days, 1 week, or 2 weeks. Custom durations aren’t available.
Limited results visibility: You can see the total number of votes and engagement, but detailed insights about individual voters aren’t provided.
