Schedule At Different Times For Multiple Networks

Previously, Statusbrew allowed you to schedule posts across multiple networks using a single publish time, along with optional Optimal Time suggestions. While this worked well for most workflows, many users needed more flexibility, especially when different platforms perform best at different times.

To give you better control, we're introducing a new option: Schedule by Network.

It will let you schedule the same content to publish at different times on each selected network, within one streamlined workflow. Whether you’re targeting unique audience behaviors, time zones, or engagement windows, Schedule by Network ensures your posts go live exactly when they should on every platform.

Note: The Schedule by Network option is only available when scheduling a post to more than one network.

How to Schedule Posts for Multiple Networks

Follow these steps to schedule platform-specific times:

1. Create Your Post in Compose

Start by drafting your post as usual in the Compose window — add your caption, media, tags, and any channel-specific customizations.

2. Open the Date & Time Picker

Click the Choose date & time button.

This will open the scheduling modal, where you usually select a single time.

3. Enable “Schedule by Network”

Inside the scheduling modal, you’ll now see a new toggle: Schedule by network

Switch this toggle ON. Once enabled, you’ll notice:

  • A horizontal row of network tabs (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Each tab corresponds to a network, and the scheduler below adjusts to it.

4. Select a Time for Each Network

Click each network tab to set its unique schedule:

  1. Choose the date

  2. Select the hour and minute

Repeat these steps for each network you want to schedule. You can switch between tabs at any time; your selections are saved as you go.

You can also add multiple time slots using "Add additional times" to publish the same content multiple times on the same network. The number shown on each network tab indicates the number of scheduled times set for that network.

5. Apply Your Schedule

Once all network-specific times are selected, click Apply. Your post is now scheduled to publish at different times on each platform.

You can view the count of dates and times by hovering over the 'Choose Date & Time' button.

Things to Keep in Mind

  • If you do not enable the toggle, the post will be scheduled at the same time across all selected networks.

  • You can still apply Optimal Times per network when available.
