Select Best Time To Post

Statusbrew’s Optimal Times in Compose helps you identify the best times for posting content on a specific day.

Within the Optimal Times dropdown of the Select schedule type dialog box, you will see the top ideal send times for your selected profiles. You can see Optimal Times from the Statusbrew’s web app.

Optimal Times removes the guesswork from scheduling by suggesting posting times based on historical engagement data, helping you publish when your audience is most active.

How To Select The Best Time To Post?

1. Go to Compose and create your post.]

2. Click Choose date & time from the bottom bar. The Select schedule type dialog box will open.

3. In the Select schedule type dialog, choose Custom time and pick the desired date.

4. Click Optimal Times to view the top recommended time slots for that day.

5. You’ll see a list of suggested posting times for the selected date and timezone. The highest-ranking time is shown at the top, marked with a yellow highlight and a star icon. This is the best time to post for that date, based on available data. Below that, you’ll see a list of Additional Times. All other time slots in the list are also good options, but are ranked in descending order of engagement likelihood.

6. Click on any of the recommended times to add it to your post schedule. You'll also see the selected time displayed in your local time zone just below the time slot, so you can be sure of exactly when the post will go out.

7. Click Apply.

FAQs

Why am I seeing “No optimal times for the selected date”?

This usually happens when the audience activity data for that date is not available.

In such cases, you have two options:

1. Choose your own posting time manually.

2. Select another date where optimal posting times are available.
