RSS Feeds

Using Statusbrew RSS Feeds is an easy way to discover content from across the web and share it directly to your social networks. All you need to do is connect your favorite blogs and publications by adding their RSS feeds to Statusbrew.

RSS feeds can be found for a website anywhere you see this icon [rss feed icon]

Or you can use Chrome Extensions like RSS Finder that will hunt for the RSS feed URL of any site you visit. Any Statusbrew user can access & manage the RSS Feeds in Statusbrew.

Creating a powerful Feeds Inbox

Add multiple feed sources to create a powerful Feeds Inbox in Statusbrew.

If you are adding a feed for the first time to Statusbrew,

  • Click on the Home button in the top left of your screen to open Statusbrew Home and click on RSS Feeds

  • Paste the RSS Feed URL in the Add a New Feed field

  • Press Add. This will populate all the content from the respective blog or publication to Feeds Inbox

Before you begin adding RSS Feed to Statusbrew, make sure it is valid by using a validator site like https://validator.w3.org/feed/

Managing the Feeds Inbox

To start managing the RSS Feeds in Feeds Inbox,

  • Click on the Home button in the top left of your screen to open Statusbrew Home and click on RSS Feeds

  • Click on the Manage Feeds button at the top right corner. The Manage Feeds window will pop up. You can add a new feed or remove the existing feeds from there

  • If you wish to add more RSS Feeds, paste the RSS Feed URL in the Add a New Feed field and press Add. This will populate all the content from the respective blog or publication to Feeds Inbox

You can choose to filter the content by feed in the Feeds Inbox.

  • If you wish to remove an already existing feed, click on Remove appearing next to your feeds

Sending content from Feeds Inbox to Compose

Any team member with full access or needs approval access of Publish section for any social profile /profile group can quickly choose the content from the Feeds Inbox and send it to Compose for scheduling in just a click of a button.

  • Click on the Home button in the top left of your screen to open Statusbrew Home and click on RSS Feeds

  • Click on the Arrow appearing on any piece of content in the Feeds Inbox

  • The piece of content would be directly sent to the Compose window from where you could share it to your social networks
