Introduction To Engage

Manage audience engagement at scale with your team through our Engage inbox

Engage Views

Working with multiple profiles and having hundreds of comments coming in each day can create a lot of chaos in your Engage inbox. To help you sort out the conversations according to your priority and convenience, we have provided a very handy solution. You can filter out conversations and create different views in Engage that can be accessed with a single click.

You can find all the details about filters here.

The views created can be found in the left nav pane of your Engage screen.
