Engage Views
Managing multiple profiles and receiving hundreds of conversations daily can clutter your Engage Inbox. To organize and prioritize conversations efficiently, you can create views. These views allow you to filter conversations based on your needs and access them with a single click.
You can create a view either manually or by using the AI View Builder, which is especially helpful when building complex views. Just describe what you're trying to build, and Statusbrew will automatically apply the relevant filters for you.
To make it even easier, you can use speech-to-text to dictate your input.
All your created views will appear in the sidebar of your Engage screen. The views visible to you will depend on the shareability settings of each view.
How To Create A View?
Go to Engage.
From the sidebar, click (Create view).
You will see a dialog asking: "What do you want to build today?"
Now, you have two options to create views:
Create Manually
If you still prefer to add filters manually, choose Create Manually.
Add an appropriate Name. You can also add a customize icon.
Click Add filter and choose your desired filters.
Under Share access with, choose the view’s shareability from All team members, Specific user(s)/user group(s), or Only me. By default, All team members option is selected.
Click Save.
The view will open in Engage and also appear in the sidebar under the Views section.
The sidebar displays a list of all views you have access to.
If you choose the Share with specific Users/User groups option but do not choose any user/user groups from the drop-down, the saved view will be visible to you only.
For instance, you can create an Unassigned View that shows all conversations that don't have a user/user group assigned.
The number shown next to the Unassigned view represents all open conversations that don't yet have a user/user group assigned.
If you are assigning conversations automatically via a Rule, or manually via the Inbox, those conversations will be removed from the Unassigned View immediately, and will no longer count towards the number next to Unassigned.
Templates
If you’re not sure where to start, Statusbrew provides some pre-built views with commonly used filters already applied.
Once you choose a template from the list of suggestions, the Create view dialogue will open. Here, you can modify the view's name, filters, and the shareability setting before saving the view.
