Date Range In Engage
The Engage Inbox in Statusbrew allows you to filter conversations based on specific time ranges. This helps you analyze recent interactions, follow up on older queries, or monitor engagement over defined time periods.
Range Options
In the context of engage, "today" refers to the current calendar date.
Unlike reports, Engage uses a dynamic end time, meaning the conversations are always fetched up to the current moment and keep refreshing in real-time. Learn more about Conversation Type & Sync Rates.
The preset ranges are based on startTime = now - X (X=time duration you select in the range) and endTime = now, and are continuously updated to include the latest conversations.
Only the 24h range uses a relative start time (now - 24h).
All other preset ranges begin at 00:00:00 on the start date.
Custom is the only range where both start and end times are fixed.
