Conversation Types & Sync Rate
Now that you've been Introduced to Engage and have learned about all the features available in the Engage screen, it's important to know the different kinds of conversation that Statusbrew supports along with their sync rate.
Statusbrew connects with all the major social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google My Business, and YouTube. The table below gives you a detailed look at different types of conversations along with their sync rate.
The table is made up of the network, conversation type, and their respective sync rates.
Network - Social media networks that each conversation type relates to, for example, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter profiles, and LinkedIn Company Pages, etc.
Conversation Type - The type of conversation being fetched by the Engage inbox.
Sync Rate - It is the time interval at which data is transferred from the social network to Engage inbox.

We may sync up to 30 days of historical data depending upon the conversation type.
* For Instagram ad comments, syncing can take up to 3 hours, depending upon the active ads running. We sync up to 4000 active ads.
** All Twitter conversation syncing is real-time only for the Enterprise plan; for every other plan it syncs every 15 minutes.
Also, in order to sync comments on your Facebook and Instagram ad posts (dark posts), kindly connect your Facebook Ad account with Statusbrew. Learn how you can manage ad accounts in Statusbrew.
Our system pulls up all the comments (including Ad comments) from the post whether or not all the Ad accounts are connected to our platform.
If user has not connected their respective Ad account (from where the post has been boosted or ad has been set on it) we classify all the comments as regular FB Comment. Once the user connects their Ad Account, we will classify these comments as Ad Comments.
Comments received on the Dynamic Creative Ads are marked as regular FB Comment and not as Ad Comments, even if your Ad account is connected with our platform due to limited API support from Facebook.
