Steps To Hide Or Delete Comments In Engage

Here are the steps you can follow to hide or delete a comment in Engage:

  • From the left Navigation, click on Engage

    Engage Navigation

  • Navigate to a particular conversation & click on the three-dot menu beside the comment you want to hide/delete

  • In the pop-up menu, choose the Hide Comment or Delete Comment options as available

    Hiding Deleting Comment

Now your action will reflect both in Engage and your social profile.

The options to hide and delete comments are contextual. This means that the options are only available when the social network provides them.
