To quickly respond to & manage Facebook reviews,

  • From your Statusbrew Home, head over to Engage

  • From the sidebar, click on the + button beside Views; add a suitable name and emoji and select the Filter 'Conversation Type' is Facebook Recommendations

  • Now decide whom to share with and click on Save

Filtering Google My Business Reviews

A major undeniable benefit of review management is that it helps you boost your SEO (search engine optimization). This is especially important for Google My Business reviews since the response rate is a confirmed ranking factor in how Google ranks businesses.

To quickly respond to & manage Google My Business reviews,

  • From your Statusbrew Home, head over to Engage

  • From the sidebar, click on the + button beside Views and select the Filter 'Conversation Type' is 'Google Business Reviews'

Filtering Google Reviews with Star Ratings & Comments

Engage Inbox also allows you to filter Google Reviews based on their star ratings. This helps you quickly address the queries of irate customers.

  • From the sidebar, click on the + button beside Views and select the filter Star Ratings

  • You can set the ratings as per your choice

  • Now click on Apply

  • From the sidebar, click on the + button beside Views and select the filter Star Rating with Comments

  • Select "true" to view Google reviews with comments

Filtering Google Questions & Answers

To filter Google My Business Question & Answers,

  • From the sidebar, click on the + button beside Views and select the filter Conversation Type is Google Business Questions

  • Decide the shareability and Now click on Apply
