From the sidebar, click on the + button beside Views and select the Filter 'Conversation Type' is 'Google Business Reviews'
You can now quickly reply to it or assign it to a different team members
Filtering Google Reviews with Star Ratings & Comments
Engage Inbox also allows you to filter Google Reviews based on their star ratings. This helps you quickly address the queries of irate customers.
From the sidebar, click on the + button beside Views and select the filter Star Ratings
You can set the ratings as per your choice
Now click on Apply
To filter Google Reviews with Comments,
From the sidebar, click on the + button beside Views and select the filter Star Rating with Comments
Select "true" to view Google reviews with comments

Decide the shareability and Now click on Apply
You get all the questions on your listings in a stream of conversations, click on any one of them to reply, assign it to another team member, mark it as a priority, snooze or close the conversation or mark it as spam.
