How To Filter And Sort Conversations

When dealing with a large number of conversations from multiple social media platforms, it can be challenging and time-consuming to locate a specific conversation and organize your inbox. At Statusbrew, we recognize the value of time and offer features that allow you to efficiently sort and categorize your conversations without compromising your productivity or spending excessive time and effort.

Before you continue, make sure you've gone through:

By default, all inboxes in engage sort conversations by Newest First and Open Conversations for the last 30 days. You can change this by sorting conversations according to your needs.

You can sort the conversations based on the -

I) Open, Closed, and Snoozed

Sorting according to - Open, Closed, and Snoozed.

To do this -

  • Go to Engage

  • Open the section you want to view and filter

  • Go to the top left of the Conversations list and click on the Open (71) drop-down (Conversations that are open will appear by default)

  • Now choose from among - Open, Closed and Snoozed The selected type of conversations will be opened

II) Oldest and Newest

Sorting according to - Oldest and Newest

To do this -

  • Go to Engage

  • Open the section you want to view and filter

  • Go to the top right of the Conversations list and click on the Newest drop-down (Newest Conversations will appear by default)

  • Once you click on the Newest drop-down, the Oldest conversations will be opened (You simply have to click to rearrange the conversations)

  • To go back to the Newest Conversations, click on the Oldest drop-down in the top right of the conversations list

III) Date Selection

With the Date Selection filter in Engage Inbox, sorting & managing your conversations is easier than ever.

Using the date selector, you can view conversations updated in a particular date range. This provides you with a glance at the total number of conversations opened/closed for all the Inboxes within the selected range. You can either select from the available options or select a customized date range.

To do this -

  • Go to Engage

  • Open the section you want to view and filter

  • Go to the top right of the Conversations list and click on the Calendar Icon (30 day period is chosen by default)

  • Choose from the options or customize the date range and click on Apply
