Translating Comments, DMs and Reviews

In case your audience is from all over the world, it might happen that you receive a comment or message in a foreign language that you or your teammates do not understand or if you have team members from multiple countries, not all the team members would understand the ongoing conversation.

Using Statusbrew's inbuilt Translation feature, you can translate any conversation in a foreign language directly in Engage inbox and connect with audiences from across the world.

To translate any conversation,

• Go to Engage from your Statusbrew dashboard

• Open any conversation you want to translate

• Hover over it, and click on the translate icon beside the conversation

  

• Clicking on Translate will lead you to view the translated version
