Using Bulk Actions in Engage, you can:

  • Assign multiple conversations to users or user groups.

  • Move conversations to specific Inboxes.

  • Close several open conversations simultaneously.

  • Snooze multiple open conversations.

  • Re-open multiple closed or snoozed conversations.

  • Edit existing custom fields and their value, or add new fields. Adding or rearranging custom fields affects all conversations. Updating a field’s value will override the previous one, but only for the selected conversations.
