How Can I Hide Replies To My Tweet?

Hiding replies to your Tweets on X (formerly Twitter) can help reduce the amount of noise in your feed and encourage meaningful interactions. You can hide replies that you don't like for any reason, such as spam, abusive, irrelevant, or false tweets.

How Can I Hide Replies To My Tweet?

  1. Open the Tweet conversation you want to hide. Use Team Inboxes or Create Views to locate the Tweet quickly.

  2. Hover over the Tweet and click [[ic:more-horiz]} (More).

  3. Select Hide from the drop-down menu.

After you hide the @reply, it will appear blurred with Hidden message below it, letting you know it was hidden.

Hovering over the message will display the name of the user who hid the Tweet, along with the date and time it was hidden.

The reply will be hidden from your Tweet on X. Your audience can still view it on the Hidden replies page, which is behind the hidden reply icon under your Tweet.

How Can I Unhide Replies To My Tweet?

  1. Open the Tweet conversation you want to unhide.

  2. Hover over the Tweet and click [[ic:more-horiz]} (More).

  3. Select Show from the drop-down menu.
