Statusbrew integrates with social media platforms through Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). Each platform provides API access to third-party applications like Statusbrew with specific access limitations.

Which Social Profiles can I connect with Statusbrew?

With Statusbrew, you can manage conversations, plan and publish content, and create analytical reports for your social profiles.

It's recommended to add the social profiles you want to manage as soon as you create your Statusbrew account, as Statusbrew can't start collecting data from your profiles until they're authenticated.

Typically, when you sign up for a social network account, you have one social profile linked to it. However, Facebook and LinkedIn operate a bit differently. On these networks, you can access multiple account types, including your personal profile and your Pages. In Statusbrew, you can connect your Facebook and LinkedIn pages.

You can currently connect the following:

How do I connect my social profiles with Statusbrew?

After signing up you will be prompted to select a social profile to connect with Statusbrew. But you can always connect your social profiles via settings. To do this:

  • From Statusbrew dashboard, click on Settings

  • Select the Profiles option and click Add profile button

  • From the Add profile dialog, select the desired network

  • Authorize the selected profile and allow required access permissions

How can I Manage my Social Profiles?

You can easily manage your social profiles via Settings:

  • From your Statusbrew dashboard, click on Settings

  • Select Profiles option and you will find the list of all the connected profiles

  • Use the three-dot menu of any profile to Edit, Refresh access, or Remove the profile

  • In Edit, you can use the following options:

    • Update bio: You can update the Cover picture and the basic details of your page (available only for a few networks)

    • Profile picture: You can update the profile picture of your Facebook page, Twitter account, and Google My Business Profile

    • Display name: For identifying your profile within Statusbrew you can add a display name

    • Profile groups: Add your social profile to any profile groups you have created for better management

    • Permissions: Provide the following type of access permissions to your team members:

      • All: With this permission a user can add, remove, manage, and access this Profile Group at various places within Statusbrew

      • Engage Full Access: Provides users the access to view, assign, reply, close conversations, & leave internal notes on the incoming conversations for this particular Profile Group

      • View Conversations: Provides users access to only view conversations received on the profiles associated with this Profile group in Engage

      • Full Publishing: Provides users full authority to create posts, schedule & publish them on their own

      • Create Post (Needs Approval): Provides users the ability to create posts but they can only be published on approval

      • View Planner: Provides the users access only to view scheduled and published posts

      • Create Reports: Provides users the access to create reports

  • Additional options: Select a color theme for the profile and add one or multiple watchers if needed
