Ad Comments Not Showing Up

Statusbrew syncs all your Facebook & Instagram ad comments in real time. However, it can take up to an hour or two from when you connect your social profiles & ad accounts with Statusbrew for the comments to show up in your Engage Inbox.

In case you still don't see any ad comments in Engage Inbox, it could be for one of the following reasons:

• Facebook ad accounts aren't properly connected with Statusbrew. Follow the steps given in this article to connect your Facebook Ad account with Statusbrew Managing Ad Accounts in Statusbrew

• You might have selected the wrong ad account. There is a chance of selecting a different ad account if you use multiple ad accounts. Make sure to select the right ad account under which you run ads for your brand's Facebook page

There are no active ads running on the ad account that you've added to Statusbrew
