Why Can’t I Hide Comments And Ad Comments?

Solution:

You're receiving this error because the comment you're trying to hide was deleted by the original author. Since the comment has been deleted, there's nothing you need to do!

You cannot hide comments from users who are part of the admin team of your Facebook Page (i.e., Admin, Editor, etc.)

Only certain comment types can be hidden using Statusbrew's Engage Inbox and Rule Engine, such as:

• Facebook Comments

• Facebook Ad Comments

• Instagram Comments

• Instagram Ad Comments

• TikTok Comments

• YouTube Comments

• Twitter Reply

To stay updated on incoming comments, configure notifications through Statusbrew’s Rule Engine.
