Unable To Hide Comments And Ad Comments

Make sure you've followed the steps given in the below-mentioned article to hide comments in Engage.

In some cases, you might not get an option to hide a comment. For instance, you won't be able to hide a comment of a user that is part of the admin team of your Facebook Page (i.e., Admin, Editor, etc.).

Also, only certain types of comments can be hidden using Statusbrew's Engage Inbox and Rule Engine. These are all the supported conversation types that can be hidden.
