Obtaining Past Report Data (Backfilling)
When you connect a social profile to Statusbrew, its historical data is automatically pulled in. The amount of data retrieved depends on each platform's API limits.
This article explains how historical data retrieval (backfilling) works.
What Is Backfill?
When you connect a new social profile to Statusbrew, it starts collecting data from that point onward. However, some social networks allow access to historical data - data from before the connection. Retrieving this past data is called backfilling.
Supported Backfilling For Each Social Network
network | backfill |
(Twitter) | 2 weeks |
12-18 months | |
Instagram [ic:instagram]] | 12-18 months |
Threads | 12 months |
12 months | |
12 months | |
YouTube | 18 months |
Google Business Profile | 18 months |
TikTok | 2 months |
Since Instagram Stories content disappears after 24 hours, it is not possible to obtain that data via the API.
