You can scroll through this list or use the search bar at the top to find specific datasources to include in your reports.

Click on the checkbox beside a datasource to include in your reports or deselect the selected checkbox to remove the datasource from a report.

As you select or deselect datasources, the report will automatically update to reflect data from only the chosen datasources.

In the datasource selector, you will find:

  • Select all: Use this option to include every connected profile in your report.

  • Frequently used: Datasources you’ve used in recent reports are listed here for quicker access.

  • Social profiles grouped by network: Click on the checkbox beside a network to select all profiles of a particular network at once.

  • Brand keywords: If you’re tracking specific keywords related to your brand, these can also be added as data sources to capture data related to mentions or discussions.

  • Ad accounts: If you’ve connected ad accounts (Facebook & LinkedIn), you can include them to pull ad-related data into your report.

  • Competitor channels: Select competitor profiles you've added to benchmark your brand’s performance against your competitors.

The datasource field shows a few of the selected datasources, followed by a count of additional datasources included (e.g., +40 more, if 10 data sources are shown and you've selected 50 in total). Hovering over the "+n more" label reveals a full scrollable list of all selected datasources. From here, you can quickly review which datasources are currently included in the report and remove any datasources by clicking (Remove) next to it.
