These metrics help you understand the volume, sentiment, and trends in conversations and posts on , , , , , and in Web mentions.
Listening Metrics are displayed in the user-defined timezone.
Social listening is available with Premium or higher plans .
can be added to your existing plan and is available on a pay-as-you-go basis.
Web listening is also available with the Enterprise plan .

How do I create a keyword report?
Use Listening Performance reporting template to create a report for tracked keywords.
Go to Reports → Create Report → Listening Performance and select the relevant keyword, brand keyword, or listening data source.
This report helps you track keyword mentions, sentiment, source breakdown, and trends over time.
Note: Use this for keywords tracked through Listening. If you want to report on posts grouped manually, use the Tag filter instead. And you need to first set up Brand keyword search to see the listening reporting; otherwise, no data will be shown in this listening report.
