In July, we introduced updates that gave you more control over reporting and account settings - from customizable scheduled report emails to regional number formatting, and system appearance themes.

Now in August, the focus shifts to smarter content creation, richer engagement, and simplifying workflows.

AI tools like Brand Voice and AI Assistant in Compose help ensure every post reflects your style, while updates like media replies in Engage (mobile), Pinterest carousel support, and PNG widget downloads make day-to-day tasks faster and more flexible. You’ll also see improvements to navigation and organization management.

Send Media in Replies – Engage (Mobile)

You can now attach photos, videos, and GIFs while replying to conversations in the mobile app.
This update makes it easier to engage with your audience on the go with richer, more contextual replies.

Unified Date Range Picker across Engage and Reports

We’ve introduced a unified date range picker across Engage and Reports, ensuring all data respects the timezone defined in your account settings.
In Reports, all metrics are displayed according to your preferred timezone.
In Engage, conversations can now be filtered and viewed in the same timezone.

You can now define your Brand Voice in Statusbrew to ensure every AI-generated post reflects your brand’s unique style and personality.

Change Organization Name - Settings

Primary Owners and Owners can now update the organization name directly from their Settings.
This gives owners more flexibility to keep account details accurate and aligned with company branding or structural changes — without needing to contact support.

Support for Pinterest Carousel Posts – Compose

You can now create and schedule Pinterest carousel posts directly from Statusbrew, with up to 5 images per post.
This way, you can schedule a carousel post across multiple Pinterest profiles at once, saving time for brands managing multiple markets or clients.

You can now customize the order of your Spaces in the Side Peek navigation by simple drag-and-drop.
This way, you can arrange non-favorite Spaces in the sequence that best fits your workflow, so your most-used Spaces are always within easy reach.
Changes are saved automatically and reflected immediately without reloading the page.
The order is saved per user, meaning each team member can set up navigation in a way that makes the most sense for them.
This update helps teams move faster by reducing clicks and keeping priority Spaces front and center.

Activity Logs for Profiles & Users - Settings

You can now access detailed activity logs for both profiles and users without going to Team activity logs.
For users, go to Settings > Users and click (More) besides the user whose activity logs you wish to see. Select View logs from the dropdown menu, and the logs of that user will open in the side view.
For profiles, navigate to Settings > Profiles, click (More) next to the desired profile, and select View logs. The activity logs for that profile will then open in the side view.
