How Can I Schedule & Publish Posts In Statusbrew Mobile App?
Create posts on the go with the Statusbrew Companion app. Publish to multiple social accounts at once, or schedule posts to publish later. You can post directly from your mobile device, or even jot down an idea when inspiration stricks and save it for later.
To compose a post on mobile:
Open the Statusbrew Companion app.
Tap Publish from the bottom.
Tap Create post
Select Profiles
Tap above What's on your mind?
Tap on the profile/profile group to select it.
As you select a profile, a icon will appear in front of it to indicate that the profile has been selected.
To unselect a profile, tap in front of it.
At the bottom, the represent the global tab, and the network-specific icons represent the network tab. You can click on the network-specific icon to move to the network-specific tab.
Any changes you make in the global tab will be updated in real time in the network-specific tab as well, but any modifications made to the network-specific tab remain confined.
Enter your post text
Type your post in What's on your mind? section, including emoji.
When you are typing the post text in the network-specific tab, you will also be able to view the character counter getting updated in real time at the bottom right corner of the text box.
In the global tab, you will be able to view the increasing character count.
Include media
Tap Add media, and you will get the following options to add media to your post.
Image upload: Select an image from your device storage to upload & tap Select to add the selected image.
Video upload: Select a video from your device storage to upload & tap Select to add the selected image.
Free images: Search and add images from a library of free stock images. Statusbrew integrates with Unsplash and Pixabay to search, browse, and use free photos directly in your posts.
From the Source dropdown, choose either Unsplash or Pixabay. Unsplash is selected by default.
In the search box, type a keyword related to the image you want.
Browse through the results and tap on an image to select it.
Tap Select to add the selected image.
Giphy: Browse and add GIFs directly from Giphy.
In the search box, type a keyword (e.g., cat) to find a relevant GIF.
Browse the results and tap to select your preferred GIF.
Tap Select to insert the selected GIF.
Asset manager: Select from your library of saved media assets in Statusbrew & tap Select to add the selected media.
Tap Media options below a media:
Tap Delete to remove the media
Tap Edit Alt text to add or edit alt text for the image. You can also Generate using AI by adding a description of your image in the Add alternate text box and then clicking the Generate using AI button. The AI will generate alt text and add it in the Add alternate text box. You can choose to save the generated alt text or generate it by clicking the Generate using AI button.
Network-specific options
As you move to the network-specific tab, you will be able to view the network-specific options that you can customise for your post.
Post Preview
To view the post preview, tap at the top right corner of the screen. Tap Show preview, and the preview tab will open, showing you the preview of the post you are creating.
Include a link
Enter a link in the body of your post. To shorten the link, select link shortner in Campaign URL Builder.
Errors
If there are errors in your post, because of which you won't be able to publish or schedule the post, you will see a message Errors in this post at the top. Tap on this message to view all the errors. Resolve these errors to publish or schedule the post.
Publish or schedule
When you're ready to publish, select Next in the top right, and then choose one of the following Scheduling options:
Custom time: Set a later date and time for the post to publish.
Schedule by category: Select a category to schedule post by.
Immediately: Publish right away.
Tags
Add tags to help you organize and track the success of your content. Tags are not publicly visible on your posts, but you can use them to organize them internally.
For instance, you can add tags to your posts to sort them by product or campaign.
Tap Add in front of Tags.
Select tags from the list to add them to your post. Selected tags appear with a icon in front of them.
You can enter a keyword in the Search box to search for and select a tag.
Alternatively, use Select all to select all tags at once or Clear all to clear the selection.
Once selected, tap Done at the bottom to apply tags to your post.

Approval type
Choose an approval type to submit a post for approval before publishing
Users: Select specific user(s)/user groups(s) to approve the post.
Workflow: Select the pre-configured approval workflows to send the post for approval.
You can also choose to Suppress approval notification for this post to avoid unnecessary alerts every time an edit is made, so you can stay focused on your tasks without constant interruption.

Share with
Choose from the following options to manage post visibility:
Share with all: Makes the post visible to everyone in the workspace
Specific users/user groups: Restricts visibility to only the selected users or groups.
Only me: Keeps the post private to you
Watchers
Select user(s)/user group(s) to add as watchers to your post to ensure they stay updated on the publishing loop.

Post color

Save as draft
You can save the post content as a draft to polish and publish later.

Once you are done, tap the Save (if you have choosen Save as draft), Schedule (if you have selected Custom time or Schedule by category), or Send now (if you have selected Immediately) at the top.
