How Can I Respond To Facebook Reviews?

Responding to Facebook reviews is important for managing your brand's online reputation and engaging with your audience.

With Statusbrew’s Engage, you can manage and reply to Facebook reviews across multiple Facebook Pages from one centralized platform. Here’s how:

  1. Open the Facebook Recommendation conversation you want to reply to. Use Team Inboxes or Create Views to locate the review quickly.

  2. Compose your reply (up to 5000 characters).

  3. Click Reply or Reply & Close.

As you reply, your responses appear as a single-threaded conversation.

You can also do the following:

  • Select Emoji to reply with it

  • Add media to reply with it

  • Do GIPHY search to reply with a GIF

  • Open Macros to reply faster with pre-saved responses

  • Improve your reply with AI Assistant

Like Message

  • Hover over the review and click (Like) from the menu bar.

  • A highlighted like icon will appear below the review.

  • Click on the icon to unlike it.
