How Can I Respond To Facebook Messages?

Replying to your audience’s private messages on Facebook is important for maintaining strong customer relationships and providing excellent support.

Due to Facebook's API Limitations, you can only respond to a private message only within 7 days of the user messaging you.

Responding To Facebook Messages

  1. Open the Facebook message conversation you want to reply to. Use Team Inboxes or Create Views to locate the message quickly.

  2. Compose your reply (up to 2000 characters) in the reply box.

  3. Click Reply or Reply & Close.

You can also do the following:

  • Select Emoji to reply with it

  • Add media to reply with it

  • Do GIPHY search to reply with a GIF

  • Open Macros to reply faster with pre-saved responses

  • Improve your reply with AI Assistant
