How Can I Respond To Facebook Ad Comments?
Replying to Facebook ad comments is important for maintaining customer engagement and addressing customer inquiries. With Statusbrew’s Engage, you can manage and reply to comments across multiple Facebook ad accounts from one centralized platform. Here’s how:
Open the Facebook ad comment conversation you want to reply to. Use Team Inboxes or Create Views to locate the comment quickly.
Compose your reply (up to 5000 characters).
Click Reply or Reply & Close.
As you reply, your responses appear as a single-threaded conversation.
You can also do the following:
Select Emoji to reply with it
Add media to reply with it
Do GIPHY search to reply with a GIF
Open Macros to reply faster with pre-saved responses
Improve your reply with AI Assistant
Hiding Comment
Hover over the comment and click (More).
Select Hide from the pop-up menu.
After you hide the comment, it will appear blurred with Hidden message below it, letting you know it was hidden.
Hovering over the message will display the name of the user who hid the comment, along with the date and time it was hidden.
Unhiding Comment
Hover over the hidden comment and click [[ic:more-horiz] (More).
Select Show from the pop-up menu.
The comment will reappear and become unblurred.
Deleting Comment
Hover over the comment and click (More).
Select Delete from the pop-up menu.
Confirm your action.
The message content will appear obscured with diagonal lines.
A Deleted message will be displayed below the delete comment, letting you know it was deleted. Hovering over the message will display the name of the user who deleted the comment, along with the date and time it was deleted.
Private Reply
Hover over the comment and click (More).
Select Private reply from the pop-up menu. The Send message dialog will open.
Compose your reply (up to 1000 characters).
Select Send and Close or Close.
Like Message
Hover over the comment and click (Like) from the menu bar.
A highlighted like icon will appear below the message.
Click on the icon to unlike it.
