Schedule Instagram Posts

From Statusbrew, you can now upload photos/videos and schedule or post it to Instagram directly — just like you publish your Facebook, Twitter & LinkedIn content. Statusbrew supports direct publishing for Instagram carousels as well.

Connecting Instagram Business Profile

Before creating posts for Instagram, you first need to connect your Instagram Business Profile with Statusbrew. Let's see how it's done:

  • From your Statusbrew dashboard, click on Settings

  • In Settings, click on Profiles, and in the opened profiles window, click on Add Profile button on the top right.

  • Select Instagram and click on the Add Business Profile button

  • Since Instagram Business Profiles are connected to a Facebook page. In order to add your Instagram Business Profile, we need to authenticate it through Facebook

  • You will be redirected to Facebook to authorize Statusbrew business integration

  • Once the authorization is done, you will be redirected back to Statusbrew

  • Now simply click on Add Channel button beside the Instagram Business profile to complete the process

Scheduling An Instagram Post

Once you connect your Instagram business profiles, you'll be able to auto-publish to Instagram from your Compose window.

To auto/direct publish to Instagram with Statusbrew,

  • From your Statusbrew dashboard, head over to compose

  • Choose your desired Instagram business profile

  • Add a photo or a video and write a caption

  • You'll be greeted with a message saying, "This post will be published automatically."

  • You can choose to publish it directly or schedule it for later

Instagram limits business profiles to 25 posts in a 24-hour period with direct publishing from Statusbrew (or other third-party applications). To publish more than 25 posts in a 24-hour period, you can switch to a push notification workflow.
