How To Remove A User?

What Should I Know Before Archiving A User?

Archiving users in an organization has the following benefits:

  • Keeps user’s scheduled posts, drafts, approvals, conversations and reports active

  • Allows for other users to access user’s posts, conversations and shared reports

  • Maintains the Activity Logs of the user intact for auditing purposes

  • Vacates a user seat to replace with another user

  • Allows restoring the access with Unarchiving

Even after archiving a user in your organization, the user will continue to have access to the following:

  • Shared Links via a Public Link: Any shared entities, including posts and reports, that were shared through a public link will remain accessible to them

  • Other Organizations: If the archived user had access to multiple organizations within Statusbrew, they will still be able to access these organizations
