Inviting Users To Statusbrew
Depending on your organization's structure & workflows, you can invite team members to your Statusbrew space and configure their access level.
You can invite multiple users to Statusbrew at once via CSV upload and provide them access to multiple workspaces.
Your user limit will vary depending on your subscription plan for your Statusbrew account. For details, please see our pricing page.
How To Add A User?
Only Primary Owner and Owners can invite users to the Statusbrew Workspaces and manage users & user groups.
Go to Settings.
Select Users.
Select Add users.
Add the First name, Last name, and Email (must be a valid email address) of the user you want to invite.
Click Add to Space and select the space you want to add the user(s) to. By default, the space you are currently logged into will be selected.
Click Add.

You can also do the following:
Click Add another to invite another user.
Mark the user(s) as an organization owner. This will grant them access to all spaces and billing settings for this organization. There can be multiple owners of an organization.
Choose if you want to mark the user as an admin for the workspace, giving them admin-level access
only for that specific workspace.
Select User Group(s) to add the user(s) to.
Import users in bulk. Click Import users and download the sample file. In the CSV file, add the First Name, Last Name, Email, Password (optional - must be a minimum of 16 characters if provided), and Phone Number (optional) of the users. Save the completed CSV file to your system. Then, select Choose CSV file to upload CSV & import your users.

If you choose to mark user(s) as organization owner(s), you won’t be able to add them to other spaces.
How To Manage A User?
Go to Settings > Users. Click (More) beside the user you want to edit and select Edit from the drop-down menu.
You can now mark them as an organization owner or remove owner-level access, add or remove them from user group(s), add or remove them from space(s), and mark the user or remove their access as an admin for a workspace.
Click Save once changes are updated.

You can also view the activity logs of a user by selecting View logs from the More dropdown menu of a user.
If you wish to revoke a user’s access, read our article on removing a user.
FAQs
A new user I invited says they're stuck in a loop when trying to accept their invite. What should I do?
If they are receiving the login email, then ask them to open the invite link in an incognito or private window. This resolves most loop issues caused by the session conflicting with the invite.
If that doesn't work, go to Settings > Users > Invited tab, find their email, and resend the invite. Make sure the email they're signing in with exactly matches the one the invite was sent to.
Why is an invited user not receiving the login or invite email?
First, ask the user to check their Spam or Junk folder.
If the invite email is not in their inbox or spam folder, resend the invite from:
Settings → Users → Invited
If they still do not receive it after multiple attempts, try sending an invite to another user.
If the second user also does not receive the invite email, your IT team may need to whitelist Statusbrew’s email/domain so invite emails can be delivered.
If the second user receives the invite email but the first user does not, the issue may be from Statusbrew’s end. This can happen when invites are sent multiple times to the same email in a short period. Our system may temporarily stop sending invites to that email to prevent spam-like activity.
In that case, talk to the Statusbrew team, and we can check it from the backend and manually allow the email address again.
Why does an invited user see “You don’t have sufficient permission” when opening the invite link?
This error can occur when Statusbrew cannot correctly validate the invite for the person opening the link.
This usually happens when the invited user opens the invite link while already logged in to Statusbrew with a different email address or workspace account.
Ask the invited user to try the following:
Open the invite link in an incognito or private browser window
Make sure they sign in with the same email address where the invite was received
Avoid opening the link while logged in with another Statusbrew account
Do not forward the invite link to another email address
Ask the admin to resend the invite if the link has expired or has already been used
If the error still appears, contact support by saying “human please” or “talk to agent” in the chat and share the invited user’s email address and a screenshot of the error.
