How Can I Respond To App Store Reviews?
Responding to reviews on the Apple App Store helps improve your app's discoverability, build rapport with users and encourage downloads.
You can respond to your Apple App Store reviews from Engage. Here’s how:
Open the App Store review conversation you want to reply to. Use Team Inboxes or Create Views to locate the review quickly.
Compose your reply (up to 5000 characters) in the reply box.
Click Reply or Reply & Close.
As you reply, your responses will appear as a single-threaded conversation.
You can also do the following:
Select Emoji to reply with it
Open Macros to reply faster with pre-saved responses

Delete your response. Click (More) beside the response. Select Delete from the pop-up menu. After you delete the response, it will appear obscured with diagonal lines with Deleted message below it, letting you know it was deleted. Hovering over the message will display the name of the user who deleted the response, along with the date and time it was deleted.
FAQs
Why am I getting "A required agreement is missing or has expired" when replying to App Store reviews?
This error (FORBIDDEN.REQUIRED_AGREEMENTS_MISSING_OR_EXPIRED) means Apple is blocking the reply because a required agreement in App Store Connect hasn't been accepted or has lapsed. It's an Apple-side issue, not a Statusbrew one, and since it affects the API key used to connect your account, it will surface for everyone on your team at once.
Once the agreement is accepted, try replying again in Statusbrew. No reconnection or API key regeneration is needed.
Only the App Store Connect account holder can accept agreements. Admins cannot do this on their behalf.
