Review Filters

You can filter reviews by:

  • Sentiment: Filter reviews by their sentiment, such as positive, neutral, negative, or mixed, to quickly identify satisfied customers, detect risks, and prioritize issues that need attention.

  • Language: Filter reviews written in Spanish to route them to their Spanish-speaking support team for localized responses.

  • Tag: Filter reviews tagged as “Flight Issues” to address common complaints related to flight booking problems.

  • Post Tag: Filter reviews associated with posts carrying campaign or promotion tags

  • Engage Inbox: Filter reviews routed to their “Customer Care” inbox to ensure all feedback handled by the support team is reviewed and responded to.

  • Custom Fields: Filters reviews by any of the custom field values.

You can Create Views to save applied filters and later access them with a single click. You can select and apply multiple filters. You can combine multiple filters using 'and' / 'or' combinators.
