Filter Review From App Store And Play Store

To view all your Play Store & Android App Store Reviews in Engage,

From your Statusbrew dashboard, head over to Engage
Hover over the Views header in the left side pane and click on the button
Start by giving your view a name & an emoji (📱⭐️) that's easily recognizable by you and your team
Now click on +Add Filter and click on Conversation Type
Search for 'Review' and select Play Store & App Store one by one, click Apply
Now you can choose to share the view with specific users/user groups or share it with all
Click on Save, and you're done! You'll see this view on the left side navigation pane under the 'Views' section
