Set Up Tags (Labels) & Custom Fields

Managing content, campaigns, and performance metrics that fuel your social strategy can often feel overwhelming. As a social media manager, staying organized is essential to ensure you never miss an engagement opportunity and consistently deliver the right content to your audience.

This is where Tagging in Statusbrew comes in. Tags allow you to create a structured way to categorize posts, messages, and contacts so you can easily track performance, segment content, and uncover insights that matter most to your goals. Whether you want to analyze campaign success, identify top-performing content types, or simplify reporting, tags provide the flexibility and clarity you need to stay in control.

Custom Fields takes organization a step further by adding structured, filterable data points to your workflow. With Custom Fields, you can capture and track specific details—like post status, campaign type, conversation urgency, or lead stage—in a consistent format across your posts, conversations, and contacts.

Create User Groups & Profile Groups

As your team and social presence grow, keeping everything structured is key. This is where User Groups and Profile Groups in Statusbrew make collaboration, access management, and workflow organization much simpler.

Profile Groups let you bundle multiple social accounts together so you can manage them at scale. Instead of selecting profiles one by one, you can organize them by brand, region, campaign, or client and take action across the entire group in one go.

User Groups bring the same structure to your team members. Instead of assigning permissions one by one, you can group users by roles, teams, functions, or clients and manage them together.

To learn the step-by-step process of creating and managing these, refer to our dedicated help articles on User Groups and Profile Groups.
