Updating Your Mobile, Email & Desktop Notification Settings
Statusbrew sends real-time notifications to the users who opt-in for them. You can choose to have notifications on your Mobile, E-mail and Desktop.
Setting Up The Notifications
To set up notifications,
Click on your Profile Avatar at the bottom left of your screen and click on Your Account
Click on Notification Settings from the left side nav, choose the desired options and click on the Save button

Essential Check To Enable Desktop (Browser) Notifications
Allow the 'Show notifications' browser prompt
In case you've blocked them previously, click on the config icon beside the address bar and enable Notifications
Reload your browser when prompted to apply updated notification settings
Available Configurations
Publishing
Name | Description |

Approval Requested | Get notified when you are added as an approver for a post |
Post Published | Get notified when a post created/being watched by you is published |
Post Approved | Get notified when a post created/being watched by you is approved |
Post Failed | Get notified when a post created/being watched by you fails to publish |
Post Rejected | Get notified when a post created/being watched by you is rejected |
Approval Reminders

Hourly Approval Reminders | Get hourly reminders for the content that needs to be approved for publishing |
Expired Approval Reminders | Get a reminder when the time to approve content has expired |
Engagement
Name | Description |

Assigned Conversation Updates | Get a notification when there's a new activity (notes, new replies, ticket closed, etc.) in a conversation assigned to you. |
Conversation Moved To Inbox | Get notified when a new conversation is moved to a team inbox that you’re part of. |
Watchers
Name | Description |
---|---|
Any post/conversation you are watching | Watchers stay informed about various content publishing & engagement activities. If you @mention another person in internal notes, they will automatically be added as a watcher for that post/conversation |
Turn Off Notifications
Click your Profile Avatar at the bottom-left corner of the screen and select Your Account
Go to Notification Settings
To stop notifications for specific activities, simply uncheck the box next to each one. An unchecked box means notifications are turned off for that activity.
To turn off all notifications at once, check the box labeled Disable all notifications.
Click Save button.
