Updating Your Mobile, Email & Desktop Notification Settings

Statusbrew provides various ways to keep you informed about the activity happening in your Statusbrew account. You can customize your notifications to remove ones that don't apply to you and ensure that the most important notifications are delivered to you where you want them.

Statusbrew offers three ways of notifying you:

  • Email: Email notifications are sent to the email address you use to access Statusbrew.

  • Desktop: Browser notifications pop up on your desktop when you're logged into Statusbrew

  • Mobile: Mobile notifications are sent through the Statusbrew app.

Setting Up The Notifications

  1. Click on your Profile Avatar from the bottom left of your Statusbrew dashboard and select Your account.

  2. Select Notification settings from the left side nav.

  3. Select the check boxes for the notifications you want to receive and deselect the check boxes for the ones you don't want to receive. You can also choose to get notified in multiple ways for actions in your Statusbrew account. For instance, you might want to receive an email, desktop, and mobile notification for the Post Failed notification.

  4. Click Save.

Notifications Settings

You can also do the following:

1. Disable All Notifications

The Disable All Notifications checkbox allows users to instantly turn off all notification alerts to their Statusbrew account.

When the Disable All Notifications checkbox is selected, it overrides your individual notification preferences, pausing all alerts until you manually uncheck this option.

This option is useful for pausing notifications temporarily across all platforms without manually adjusting individual settings.

2. Play sound when a new conversation is received

Select the Play sound when a new conversation is received checkbox to ensure that an audible alert is triggered for the selected permissions.
