Change Your Display Language

Statusbrew offers multi-language support that allows users to manage the platform in their native languages and interact with the global audience easily. In case you receive a comment or message in a foreign language that you or your teammates do not speak, the Engage inbox gives you the option to translate any of these messages.

Platform Language Support

Statusbrew's interface is currently available in:

  • English

  • Japanese

To change your language settings:

  • From your Statusbrew Home, click on the profile avatar located at the bottom left side of the page

  • Now click on "Your Account" to open Account Settings

  • You can now select your preferred language from the language drop-down

  • Click on the "Save" button to update your preferred language

Inbound Conversation Translation Support

Using Statusbrew's inbuilt Translation feature you can translate any conversation in a foreign language to either English or Japanese directly in the Engage inbox.

To translate any conversation,

  • Open any conversation you want to translate

  • Hover over it, and click on the three-dot menu beside the conversation

  • Click on Translate to view the translated version

  • If you wish to translate all the conversations in a thread, click on the three-dot menu in the top bar and click on Translate All Messages
