Share Reports

Share reports as PDFs, CSV files, or Live Links, and embed them directly on webpages

Export Report

Statusbrew offers two ways to share reports with external users—by sharing a link using Shared Links or by downloading the report. In this article, we’ll cover how to download or export a report as a PDF.

You can export any report you have access to in Statusbrew as a PDF using the Download PDF option. Here’s how:

  1. Open Statusbrew.

  2. Go to the Reports section.

  3. Choose the report you want to export from the left sidebar.

  4. Click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner.

  5. Hover over Download PDF—you’ll see two layout options:

    • Stack View One widget per page. Recommended for printing or sharing.

    • Grid View Widgets in a 4x3 grid layout. (Experimental: Page breaks may not work correctly.)

  6. Choose the view that suits your needs.

  7. A new window will open—wait a few seconds for the PDF to generate and download.

PDF generation may take longer if the report contains a large volume of data
