Download PDF Report

Statusbrew offers two ways to share reports with external users:

1. By sharing a link using Shared Links or

2. By downloading the report as a PDF.

In this article, we’ll cover the second method - how to download or export a report as a PDF.

Download PDF

You can export any report you have access to in Statusbrew as a PDF using the Download PDF option. Here’s how:

1. Go to Reports.

2. Open the report you want to export from the sidebar.

3. Click (More options) in the top-right corner of the report.

4. Hover over Download PDF, and you’ll see two layout options:

   • Stack View: One widget per page. Recommended for printing or sharing.

   • Grid View: Widgets in a 4x3 grid layout. (Experimental as page breaks may not work correctly.)

5. Select the view that suits your needs.

6. Wait a few seconds for the PDF to generate and download.

PDF generation may take longer if the report contains a large volume of data

Other Options
