Sharing a report with a collaborator

Statusbrew provides a variety of insightful reports. In addition to analyzing reports on your own, you will often have the opportunity to share reports with other team members for viewing and editing. This article explains how to share reports.

To share a Statusbrew report with other users in a dashboard, you must add them as collaborators. However, if the user is an Admin or above , they will be able to view and edit all reports without being added as a collaborator .

How to share a report

Share with Statusbrew users (allowing them to view/edit within their dashboards)

If a user manages their social accounts in Statusbrew as you do, they can view/edit the report you create by adding them as a collaborator.

Here are the steps:

  • From the dashboard, click Reports and select the report you want to share.

  • Click on on the selected report & select "Edit report".

  • Click Add Collaborator.

  • Select the users or user groups you want to share the report with from the dropdown menu and set either edit or view permissions (you can add multiple users or user groups).

  • When you're done editing, click the Update button.

Guest users cannot be added as collaborators, so if you want to share a report with a guest user, please share it using the following method.

To share your report with external parties such as clients or stakeholders, see Generate an external sharing link for your report.

Also, if you would like to share the data as a PDF or other format rather than viewing it within the dashboard, please see below.
