Why My Instagram Post Was Published Without A Caption?

If you scheduled or published an Instagram post with a caption in Statusbrew and the post was published without the caption, it likely means your caption contained content that violates Instagram’s Community Standards.

Specifically, it may have included restricted keywords or hashtags or invalid mention(s) that triggered Instagram’s automated blocking system.

To prevent this, we recommend that you use captions without restricted keywords or hashtags and ensure any mentions are valid.

Troubleshooting

  • You can try publishing the same reel or media with a dummy caption through Statusbrew and see if it gets posted.

  • To check if a mention is valid when publishing through Statusbrew, click on the mention in the post preview to ensure they are valid.

  • Try to figure out and remove restricted keywords and hashtags from your caption.

  • Change the entire list of hashtags in your caption.

  • Try to use another caption altogether.

  • Once you have a group of hashtags that work, you can save them in Asset Manager and use them for future posts.
