How To Use The Instagram Grid View?
The Instagram Grid View in Statusbrew shows your scheduled and recently published posts as your Instagram feed will look, so you can plan, rearrange and reschedule posts for each Instagram profile in one place.
What Is The Instagram Grid View?
Grid is one of the calendar views in Publish → All Posts. It lays out an Instagram profile's posts in the same grid your followers see, so you can check your feed's look before posts go live.
Preview: see how upcoming posts and Reels sit next to your existing content.
Rearrange: drag a post to another slot to reschedule it.
Review: open any post to edit it, comment, or approve or reject it.
Several accounts: switch between your Instagram profiles to plan each feed.
The grid shows scheduled posts and posts published in the last 180 days.
Who Can Do This?
Viewing the grid: anyone who can see an Instagram profile's posts in Publish can open its grid.
Rescheduling by drag and drop: you need permission to edit and schedule the post. Published posts stay in place.
Approving from the grid: only approvers on the post's current workflow step can approve or reject it.

Open The Grid View
Go to Publish → All Posts.
Click Grid in the view options. In a narrow window, Grid sits in the views menu (for example "3 more..") with List, Week, Month, Preview and Post performance.
Pick the Instagram profile from the profile dropdown. The grid shows one profile at a time, and you can switch to any Instagram profile connected to Statusbrew.
Each post shows its state, so you can see what's live and what's coming up.
Learn what each state means in States Of Posts. If the profile has nothing to show, the grid reads "No posts to display in the grid".
Use the toolbar to change how the grid looks or refresh it:
Layout: switch between Square (1:1) and Portrait (3:4) with the layout toggle at the right.
Resync: click Resync to refresh the feed with the latest posts from Instagram.
Open A Post From The Grid
Click any post in the grid. What opens depends on the post:
A post on its own: its Post Detail view opens. Review the content, make quick edits, leave internal comments or mention teammates, and approve or reject it, depending on your workflow.
A post in a Post Group: the Group sidebar opens. It shows the Group's state, how many posts and channels it has, its dates, Tags, Shared with, custom fields, Show preview, Open post, Other posts in group, and All activity and Comments. Click Open post to see that post's own Post Detail.

If the post panel covers the grid, hide the left sidebar with the Toggle Sidebar button in the top bar or press Esc. You can also zoom out your browser (Ctrl + - on Windows, Cmd + - on Mac) so the grid and the panel fit side by side.
Reschedule A Post By Drag And Drop
Drag the post to the slot where you want it in the grid.
In the Reschedule Post dialog, set the Date, Hour, Minute and AM/PM.
Click Save, or Cancel to leave the post where it was.
The dialog also shows the Previous post and Next post with their dates and times. Use them to pick a time that keeps your grid in the order you planned.
Rescheduling A Post That's In A Post Group
A post in a Post Group shares its approval, edits and insights with the rest of the Group. Moving one of its posts to a new time on its own takes that post out of the Group.
When you drop a Group post in a new slot, the Reschedule Post dialog shows Part of "Group name" and a warning: rescheduling this post removes it from the group, and group approval, edits and insights will no longer include it.
Save: the post moves to the new time and leaves the Group. It becomes a post on its own and can't rejoin the Group.
Cancel: nothing changes and the post stays in the Group.
To change times and keep every post together, open the Group sidebar, click Edit group and change the times in Compose instead.

How Far Back Can I See Posts In The Grid?

Why Can't I Drag A Post In The Grid?
Published posts stay in place, so you can only move posts that haven't gone live. You also need permission to edit and schedule the post.
Why Does Rescheduling Ask To Remove The Post From Its Group?
The post belongs to a Post Group, and its posts share one approval and set of edits. Giving one post its own time takes it out of the Group. Click Cancel to keep it in the Group, or use Edit group to change times for the whole Group.
Why Did Clicking A Post Open A Group Sidebar Instead Of The Post?
The post is part of a Post Group, so the Group sidebar opens first. Click Open post on the post to see its own Post Detail view.
A Post I Expect Isn't Showing In The Grid. What Should I Do?
Check that the right Instagram profile is selected and that the post was published in the last 180 days or is scheduled. Then click Resync to refresh the feed.
