Increasing User & Profile Seats In Statusbrew
Go to Billing.
Select Manage Addons.
Click (Increase value by 1) beside Member Addon to increase your user seats and (Increase value by 1) beside Channel Addon to add more profile seats.
Once you've selected the desired quantity, click on Review Purchase.
On the next screen, you’ll see a Billing Summary with:
The cost of your base plan and any add-ons.
Estimated total (from next billing cycle): The amount you’ll be charged starting your next billing cycle.
Due today (prorated): The immediate amount you’ll be charged, calculated proportionally based on the remaining time in your current billing cycle.
This prorated billing ensures you only pay for the remaining days of the upgraded plan in your current cycle, not the full monthly price upfront. This way, you can upgrade anytime without overpaying. Click Complete Purchase to confirm the changes to your plan and make payment.
Archive Unused Users Or Social Profiles
Instead of immediately increasing your user or profile seats, you can archive unused users or social profiles to free up space.
Archived users or profiles do not count against your current seat limits.
This is a great option if you have inactive users and/or profiles that don’t need access right now.
