Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your Statusbrew subscription at any time & you won't be charged for the next billing period. However, you would be able to use the premium features for the current period you have already been charged for.
To cancel your account subscription, Account Owner(s) need to follow the steps listed below.
From the Statusbrew dashboard, go to Billing
Select Manage from the left sidebar.
In the Manage subscription window, click on Cancel subscription at the bottom.
On the next screen, you’ll be asked to give a reason for canceling your subscription.
Once you enter the reason for cancellation, click Complete Cancelation, and your Statusbrew subscription will be canceled.
Refunds
Statusbrew has a strict no-refund policy. If you cancel your subscription, you won't be charged for the next billing period. However, you would be able to use the premium features for the current period you have already been charged for. Know more about Statusbrew's Terms of Service.
