Engage Setting
Statusbrew gives you control over how comments on a post by the same person are grouped in your Engage inbox.
Available Conversation Grouping Options
1. By Contact
All comments from the same person on a post are grouped into a single conversation.
So, if a person drops multiple comments on a post, they will appear as part of the same conversation thread, rather than creating separate conversations in the conversation list
This is useful when you want to view and manage all comments from a single user on a post in one conversation only for better context and continuity.
2. By Comment
Each comment starts its own separate conversation, even if they come from the same person on a post.
So, if a person drops 3 different comments on a post, each one will appear as a new conversation in your Engage inbox.
This is helpful when you want to treat every comment as an individual ticket for precise tracking, assignment, or reporting.
As you can see from the images below, three different conversations have been created in the conversation list for three comments from one user on a post.

To change Conversation Grouping, go to Settings > Integrations > Engage settings and select the appropriate grouping strategy.
