Rule Conditions vs Actions
Rule Engine in Statusbrew lets you automate conversation actions based on conditions you specify. Conditions decide which conversations a rule applies to. Actions decide what happens to them.
Not every action works on every conversation. This varies by network.
Only comments and replies on Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, TikTok, and Threads can be hidden, and only Google Business reviews can be replied to publicly.
These are Network-Supported Actions, which apply to conversations on specific social networks, depending on the platform's permissions.
On the other hand, Internal Conversation Actions are actions taken within the Statusbrew platform to better manage and organize conversations without affecting the public-facing content. These actions can be performed on all supported conversation types.
