Rule Conditions vs Actions
Rule Engine in Statusbrew lets you automate conversation actions based on conditions you specify.
However, not all conversation types can be automated for all supported actions; this varies by network. For example, only Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Threads comments can be hidden. These are known as Network-Supported Actions, which are actions that can be applied to conversations on specific social networks, depending on the platform’s permissions.
On the other hand, Internal Conversation Actions are actions taken within the Statusbrew platform to better manage and organize conversations without affecting the public-facing content. These actions can be performed on all supported conversation types.
