A former employee used our Statusbrew trial. Can I get access?
It depends on the role the former employee held at Statusbrew.
If the previous Primary Owner is still available, the easiest path is to ask them to transfer ownership to you before they leave. Once you are the Primary Owner, you have full control of the account.
If they were an Owner or Regular User, no support is needed. Ask your current Primary Owner or an Owner to add you to the existing account.
If they were the Primary Owner, contact Statusbrew support at support@statusbrew.com or via Live Chat with your name, email address, company name, and the previous Primary Owner's email address, if you have it.
The support team will check the account and guide you from there.
Here is what happens next, depending on the account state:
If no social profiles are connected, the support team will help you sign up for a new account and start a new 14-day trial. If the previous trial has already expired, the team can extend it for you.
If social profiles were connected, the support team will email the previous Primary Owner and wait up to 3 days for a response. If there is no reply or the email bounces, they will proceed. You will have two options:
Take over the existing account:
The support team transfers Primary Owner access to you. All existing data (connected profiles, reports, tags, approval workflows) stays intact. If the trial expired, the team can extend it.
Start completely fresh:
The support team disconnects all profiles from the old account first. Once that is done, you can sign up at statusbrew.com/pricing and connect your profiles to the new account. Note: a profile can only be connected to one Statusbrew account at a time, so this step is required before your fresh signup.
Not sure which option is right for you? If there is any existing data worth keeping (reports, conversation history, tags), taking over the existing account is the better choice.
